การพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ระบบบันทึกยอดการผลิตสินค้า กรณีศึกษา บริษัทเทคโนพลาสอุตสาหกรรม (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT FOR PRODUCTION RECORDING SYSTEM: CASE STUDY : TECHNOPLAS INDUSTRY (THAILAND) COMPANY LIMITED

บทคัดย่อ

                  การวิจัยครั้งนี้วัตถุประสงค์พัฒนาเว็บไซต์ระบบบันทึกยอดการผลิตสินค้า กรณีศึกษา บริษัทเทคโนพลาสอุตสาหกรรม (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด และศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการที่มีต่อเว็บไซต์ระบบบันทึกยอดการผลิตสินค้า กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้วิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นพนักงานของแผนก Assembly J/P  ของบริษัทเทคโนพลาส-อุตสาหกรรม (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด จำนวน 30 คน โดยการเลือกกลุ่มแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ 1) แบบประเมินคุณภาพการพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ระบบบันทึกยอดการผลิตสินค้า กรณีศึกษา บริษัทเทค-โนพลาส อุตสาหกรรม (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด 2) แบบสอบถามวัดความพึงพอใจ เป็นแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วัดความพึงพอใจ 2 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านการออกแบบ และ 2) ด้านการบริการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

                   ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เว็บไซต์ระบบบันทึกยอดการผลิตสินค้า กรณีศึกษาบริษัทเทคโนพลาสอุตสาหกรรม (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (  = 4.67) ทุกด้านและกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจต่อเว็บไซต์ระบบบันทึกยอดการผลิตสินค้า กรณีศึกษา บริษัทเทคโนพลาสอุตสาห-กรรม (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (  = 4.53) เช่นกัน และเมื่อพิจารณาแต่ละด้านพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจต่อเว็บไซต์ระบบบันทึกยอดการผลิตสินค้า กรณีศึกษา บริษัทเทคโนพลาสอุตสาห-กรรม (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ด้านการออกแบบอยู่ในระดับมาก (  = 4.41) และด้านการบริการอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (  = 4.67)

     The objective of this research was to develop a website to record the production of products in a case study of Technoplas Company Industry (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and study the satisfaction of users on the website of the production record system. The subjects in this study were 30 employees of Assembly J / P of Technoplas Industrial (Thailand)  Company Limited. By selecting specific groups The tools used in this research are 1) Website Development Quality Assessment Form, Production Record System, Case Study of Technoplas Industrial (Thailand) Company Limited. 2) Satisfaction Questionnaire It is a 5-level gauge of satisfaction levels with 2 aspects which are 1) design and 2) service. Analyze data on frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation.

      The results of the research showed that Website to record production of products Case study: Technoplas Industry (Thailand) Co., Ltd. developed by the researcher with the highest level of efficiency (  = 4.67) in all aspects and the sample group is satisfied with the website of the production record system. Study Technoplas Industrial (Thailand) Company Limited. Was at the highest level (  = 4.53) as well, and when considering each aspect, found that the sample group was satisfied with the website, production record system, case study, Technoplas Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The design aspect is at the high level (  = 4.41)  and the service aspect is at the highest level (  = 4.67)
