บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาคุณภาพ ถังเติมน้ำมันเกียร์เฟืองท้าย
ระบบลมในการหาประสิทธิภาพถังเติมน้ำมันเกียร์เฟืองท้าย
มีการประเมินโดยผู้มีประสบการณ์ทั้งหมด 5 คน โดยการประเมินแบบสอบถามประเมินคุณภาพ แบ่งเป็น
3 ตอน คือ 1. ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสถานภาพผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม 2 สอบถามความพึงพอใจด้านการออกแบบ 3. สอบถามความพึงพอใจด้านการใช้งาน ผลการประเมินถังเติมน้ำมันเกียร์เฟืองท้าย
ระบบลม สามารถสรุปได้ว่า ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านการออกแบบชิ้นงานมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก(xˉ = 4.75)ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านการใช้งานนั้นมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก(xˉ = 4.34)
จากการทดลองการใช้งานจริงพบว่าเวลาของการเติมน้ำมันเกียร์เบอร์40
ปริมาณ 1 ลิตร ใช้เวลาโดยเฉลี่ย 44.8 วินาที เมื่อเทียบกับการเติมแบบมือโยก
ใช้เวลาโดยเฉลี่ย 1.38 นาที ผลเฉลี่ยเวลาของการเติมน้ำมันเกียร์เบอร์90 ปริมาณ 1
ลิตร ใช้เวลาโดยเฉลี่ย 53.4 วินาที เมื่อเทียบกับการเติมแบบมือโยก ใช้เวลาโดยเฉลี่ย
1.47 นาที ผลเฉลี่ยเวลาของการเติมน้ำมันเกียร์เบอร์140 ปริมาณ 1 ลิตร ใช้เวลาโดยเฉลี่ย
1 วินาที เมื่อเทียบกับการเติมแบบมือโยก ใช้เวลาโดยเฉลี่ย 1.55 นาที
จากผลการทดลองสรุปได้ว่าการใช้ถังเติมน้ำมันเกียร์เฟืองท้าย
ระบบลม สามารถลดระยะเวลาได้เมื่อเทียบกับการเติมแบบมือโยก
The
purpose of this study to find quality of Tank fill gear oil, rear gear oil with
pneumatic system. In order to find the efficiency of that
the Tank fill gear oil, rear gear oil with pneumatic system, assessed by
experienced all people 5 persons. The evaluating according
to assess quality, was divided into 3 parts. As follows: Part 1. Information regarding the status
of respondents. Part 2. Satisfaction
inquire with the design of the Tank fill gear oil, rear gear oil with pneumatic
system. Part 3. Satisfaction inquire
to about usability, assessment results the study of Tank fill gear oil, rear
gear oil with pneumatic system.Conclude that:
The results of data analysis, in design to chopper machine.
There is a high level of satisfaction.The
satisfaction was at a high level which the average result was (xˉ = 4.75),The results of data analysis, that usability there is a high
level of satisfaction, which the average result is (xˉ = 4.34) From the actual use of the experiment, it was found that the
filling time of 1 liter of gear oil number 40 takes an average of 44.8 seconds compared to manual hand filling, taking an average of
1.38 minutes.90 The amount of 1 liter
takes an average of 53.4 seconds. Compared
to manual filling, it takes an average of 1 47 minutes. The
average time of refueling of Gear 140, 1 liter, takes The 1 second, compared to
the addition of a Hand takes an average of 155 minutes to conclude that the
fuel tank gear transmission system can reduce the amount of time compared to
the addition of a Hand.
