บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาเว็บไซต์การจัดเก็บข้อมูลพนักงานในบริษัท
กรณีศึกษา
บริษัท คอมพลีท โอโต รับเบอร์ แมนูแฟ็คเจอริ่ง
จำกัด และศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานเว็บไซต์การ
จัดเก็บข้อมูลพนักงานในบริษัท
กรณีศึกษา บริษัท คอมพลีท โอโต รับเบอร์ แมนูแฟ็คเจอริ่ง จำกัด กลุ่ม
ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นพนักงานในส่วนของแผนกทรัพยากรบุคคล
– ธุรการบริษัท คอมพลีท โอโต
รับเบอร์
แมนูแฟ็คเจอริ่ง จำกัด จำนวน 10 คน ที่เลือกกลุ่มแบบเจาะจง
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่
1.)
แบบประเมินคุณภาพการพัฒนาเว็บไซต์การจัดเก็บข้อมูลพนักงานในบริษัท 2.)
แบบสอบถามความพึง
พอใจ
เป็นแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วัดความพึงพอใจ 2 ด้าน คือ 1.) ด้านการออกแบบ และ
2.) ด้าน
การบริการ
วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
เว็บไซต์การจัดเก็บข้อมูลพนักงานในบริษัท กรณีศึกษา บริษัท คอมพลีท โอโต
รับเบอร์
แมนูแฟ็คเจอริ่ง จำกัด ที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้น โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป PHP เชื่อมต่อฐานข้อมูล และ
MySQL ในการจัดการฐานข้อมูล ระบบการจัดเก็บข้อมูลพนักงาน ประกอบไปด้วย ระบบย่อย
คือ ระบบงาน
สำหรับเข้าสู่ระบบ
ระบบลงทะเบียนผู้ใช้งาน ระบบการแสดงข้อมูลพนักงาน และระบบการเพิ่มข้อมูลพนักงาน
จากการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานจำนวน
10 คน พบว่า ผู้ใช้เว็บไซต์ระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูลพนักงานใน
บริษัท
กรณีศึกษา บริษัท คอมพลีท โอโต รับเบอร์ แมนู แฟ็คเจอริ่ง จำกัด
มีความพึงพอใจในด้านการ
ออกแบบและด้านการบริการอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.98 และ 4.82 ตามลำดับ

groups.
The results of the research showed

which the researcher developed By using the PHP database connection software
and MySQL to manage the database. The employee data collection system consists
of a subsystem, namely work systems For login User registration system Employee
information display system And the system for adding employee information From
the evaluation of the satisfaction of 10 users, it was
found that the users of The Development of Website to store employee information
in the company. Case Study Complete Auto Rubber Manufacturing Company Limited
was satisfied with the design and The service level is at the highest level.
With an average of 4.98 and 4.82 respectively
