บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาคุณภาพเครื่องพ่นทรายไร้ฝุ่นในการหาประสิทธิภาพเครื่องพ่นทรายไร้ฝุ่นนั้นมีการประเมินโดยผู้มีประสบการณ์ทั้งหมด
5 คน โดยการประเมินตามแบบสอบถามประเมินคุณภาพ แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ตอน คือ ตอนที่ 1. ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสถานภาพผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ตอนที่ 2 สอบถามความพึงพอใจด้านการออกแบบเครื่องพ่นทรายไร้ฝุ่น ตอนที่ 3. สอบถามความพึงพอใจด้านการใช้งาน สรุปได้ว่า
ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านการออกแบบชิ้นงานนั้นมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากซึ่ง( ) เท่ากับ 3.60
ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านการใช้งานนั้นมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากซึ่ง( ) เท่ากับ 3.68
ผลจากการทดลองการทำงานของเครื่องพ่นทรายไร้ฝุ่น โดยเปรียบเทียบกับแรงงานคน
ได้ระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในการสับเฉลี่ย จากการทดลอง 5 ครั้ง
ผลเฉลี่ยเวลาของ ชิ้นงานขนาด 20 x 20 cm โดยมีการแบ่งครึ่งในการขัด ใช้เครื่อง 10 x 10 cm
และใช้ แรงงานคน 10 x 10 cm ค่าเฉลี่ยที่ได้ ใช้เครื่อง
ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 3:64 วินาที และ ใช้แรงงานคน
ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ทึ่ 57นาทีจากผลการทดลองสามารถสรุปได้ว่าการใช้เครื่องพ่นทราย
สามารถลดระยะเวลาและมีความเที่ยงตรงแม่นยำหากทำการสับหรือทดลองซ้ำ ๆ
เทียบกับการขัดด้วยแรงงานคนทำให้เกิดความเมื่อยล้าและการขัดสีที่ไม่สม่ำเสมอ
รวมไปถึงระยะเวลาในการขัดจะใช้เวลามากกว่าเครื่องพ่นทราย
Abstract
The objective of this study is to find
the quality of dustless sandblasting machine.To find the efficiency of dustless
sandblasting machine, it has been evaluated by 5 experienced persons by
evaluating according to the quality evaluation questionnaire divided into 3
parts which are land 1 . Information about products, answering questionnaires,
part 2, inquiring about satisfaction, Tai Thorn, design for dust-free
sandblasting machine part 3. Ask for satisfaction with It can be concluded that
the results of the data analysis of the design of the work piece are at a high
level which is equal to 3.60. The results of the data analysis of the work are
in a high level which (2) Equal to 3.68. The result of the experiment of the
operation of the dustless sandblasting machine, comparing with the human labor,
obtained the average chopping time from 5 experiments. The average time of the
work is 20 X20 Cm with the The time for polishing is 10X 1) tri and 10x10 cm of
labor. The average of using the machine is 3 60 seconds and the average labor
is 57 minutes. The results of the experiment can be summarized. That using
sandblasting can reduce the time and be accurate if shuffling or experimenting
slowly, compared to sanding of human labor, resulting in fatigue and uneven
handling including the time The sanding time will take longer than the
sandblasting machine, sand blasting machine without dust.
